This is refundable promotional ticket, amount paid remains valid until redeemed, promotional value expires 1 year from purchase date, Additional fee for weights over 220lbs per person. Weights over 280lbs require a private flight. Promotional tickets require upgrade fees for holidays, holiday weekends or the balloon and wine festival.
